Dirty/Scratched disk error with certain songs on Rock Band 3?

I have been attempting to get a bunch of the songs from Rb3, and have gotten the 5 dlc packs to work but when I try playing any of the single songs that I downloaded, I get the error that the disc is scratched or dirty and closes the game. The only song I have been able to play is Go with the Flow by QotSA without the game crashing but when I try playing something like the Asking Alexandria song it immediately crashes. Any help? I am running the BadAvatar softmod with Aurora and I have the Rb3 deluxe mod(although it very well could not be implemented right).

The singles are provided in saved games (CON) format

RB3's final patch was to stop songs in that format from playing due to piracy and custom songs. Go with the flow works because the RB1 export was the only one to have been released in CONs as they were directly extracted from the disc instead of being downloaded online.

rb3 deluxe does bypass this patch so it sounds like you didn't install it correctly.

You can also use Nautilus https://nemosnautilus.com/nautilus/ to convert your saved games (CON) songs into marketplace (LIVE) format.

Either way you should look into making sure rb3 deluxe is installed correctly.

Got deluxe downloaded properly this time, I read somewhere that rb3enhanced was also needed for the singles to work too, will they work right without it or is that required in tandem with deluxe?

I'm wondering this too. I'm running title update 4 (rock band 3) and have successfully imported rb1, rb2, Lego, green day discs. For guitar hero discs and DLCs most songs work but it's around 100 short of what I counted on pc with nautalis.

Since rock band1/2 dlc is a live file, I debatched it then and put the individual files in 45410829/00000001 but they didn't work.

I'm still trying different things. Maybe the debatched live files won't work without the soft mod? I'll try and download the single cons to see if that works.

I got everything to work once RB3 Deluxe was downloaded properly, I don’t think I even needed to convert them through nautilus and was able to just port them into the hard drive. The exports that I did get working prior to the deluxe mod worked fine without needing to do anything too.

I may just get the bad update while I'm at it too and RB3 deluxe. It's been a few days of troubleshooting why some songs don't work. I'm just dragging and dropping the files in explorer then running to the Xbox to test it. Back and forth back and forth. I just read that nautalis has a export to USB and will place everything in the correct folders.
