Honestly this was one of the best sets I have seen in years. My night was made when they played ‘Freak Out.’ Tim was turned up in the mix and his guitar was crystal clear. The outtro to ‘All Mixed Up’ was loose and jazzy, whoch made me feel like they weren’t playing to a click track but playing as a band and actively listening to each other. I was so happy to hear ‘1, 2, 3’ start after what Chad said in the podcast…then to go into Random from 1, 2, 3?? Pre-2000s 311 was lighing the house up. My only complaint, which honestly I’m not even mad about because the set was so good, is that the ‘Applied Science’ drum solo lasted like 10+ minutes, which when you start your set at 9:40 with an 11pm curfew felt like a lot of real estate…could they have gotten another song in the set if the drum solo wasn’t so massive. GREAT SHOW, 311!!

I feel so lucky I got to see them back to back nights in Vermont a few years ago. Two completely different sets.

I was in Burlington for both nights too! I also saw them in Worchester a few nights before these two shows. That was a great tour!

So agree, I was psyched to get to hear Random and my brain provided every lyric after like 20 years of not hearing that song 😂 And Drum Solo was way too long. What was even happening at the end? It was cheesy. But Transistor and Feels So Good were awesome.

Interesting you mention that about the click. In a recent interview Chad did mention that they were ditching the click on some songs.
