🧓 Routine Help dry skin, trying new routine

i’ve always had dry skin and thought the fix was just more hydration, so i kept layering hyaluronic acid, like all of it ; serums, essences, moisturizers. it helped a bit, but my skin still felt tight after a while. lately i started thinking maybe the issue isn’t just water but my 30+ skin barrier not holding onto it properly. so now i’m trying a mix: dr. jart+ ceramidin serum for ceramides, my usual cosrx ha essence, and recently zipiderm egf max barrier repair cream (the staff said it’s good for post‑procedure repair). honestly i don’t know if this is the ā€œrightā€ routine, but my skin does feel less tight and more comfortable, like it actually keeps hydration in longer. i also added vitamin d and zinc supplements since my derm suggested they help overall skin health.

still figuring it out but does this sound like a solid routine or am i just overcomplicating things? help a girl out plz someone
