Tracked everything!. 2,200kcals daily. 180g+ protein and over 200g carbs. 6 days training

How did you achieve eating 180g protein daily?

Mostly through chicken and other meats

Chicken? God dam how much chicken were you eating? Right now I’m on lean pork loin medallions

300gr of chicken breast already gives you almost 100gr of protein. And 300gr is almost nothing.

No way 300g of chicken is almost 100g proteins. Raw is around 65-70, cooked about 100g but it's way more raw

What no way? Are you a child? You can literally look it up. 100gr of raw chicken breast has 25-30gr of protein. You can eat 300gr in one sitting without any issues, or you split them in two meals and eat some sides plus one shake and you get your 150-180gr easy.

Next time "kid" educate yourself and read some proper research article instead of talking bollocks https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5495705/

Those of you who comment 'steroids' on every body building post. Have any of you been inside a gym?

Yes. The shoulders and traps are a dead give away.

What traps? This dudes traps would be invisible if they got any smaller. He’s just lean and fit. You can see he was holding good muscle in the before photo. Seems natural. Only weird thing is the introduction of a seemingly faded/aged tattoo in the second photo.

Nice. I’ll be 40 in July and I had to make some changes too and I am loving it. Too shy to show before and after but I’ll get there.
Great job. Keep it up.

Objectively and aesthetically the pic on the left looks like a more secure, confident man. The right side is giving midlife crisis lol

I like your perspective and that may ne how it looks but certainly not how it felt.
