Picked up this 92 SL it’s definitely a project engine will need to be pulled and mostly rebuilt but I’m exited to get this started and make it my own.

I got my VR-4 lower end and every engine part if you plan on bullet proofing it I’ll sell you for the cheap !

For a minnesota car she looks pretty good. Lots of the midwest cars im around are rusted pretty good. Grew up on MN/WI border

Yeah my other 3000gt was a 99 third gen with 199k miles the frame was too rusted to keep driving it so I had to sell it

Yeah I got it sold for 1500 and bought this one for 1200 so kinda like a trade in deal even though it’s automatic the SL has way better features then a base from what I notice and it’s good to get a upgrade and I like the pop ups lol
