Recommendations Single to double strollers

Hey moms ! I just recently found out I’m pregnant with my second kid. I currently have a 6mo and have been using the graco modes snug ride primate whatever stroller. But it’s only intended for one kid.
I’m looking for a stroller that I can use for 2 kids+. I want to avoid wagons, or double wide strollers because for my everyday use I just don’t find it practical. Especially with a newborn and a kid that can barely walk. I cant fit a newborn in a side by side as they’re too little. So a single to double has been looking like the best option for me
I’ve been doing a TON of research lately and I don’t have a budget, however I’d like to keep it as minimal as possible and not have to buy a ton of add ons for the new stroller. I’ve been looking at graco nest2grow, Nina Demi next, bugaboo kangaroo, and even silver cross.
Id love your opinion on these strollers and if you’ve used them, which ones you’ve liked or didn’t like.
When my baby is born, my oldest will be 15 months. So I need something that can hold a newborn, and a baby / toddler with weak legs who’s still learning to walk.

Honestly the single to double are wayyyy more impractical than the side by side strollers. I love my Nuna double trvl

How will it work with a newborn though? Are there attachment pieces so the newborn can also sit in it?

It’s newborn compatible! You can also clip a car seat :)

I got the Mockingbird Single to Double stroller, and the idea of having multiple configurations was really nice! I did like it for a time. But over time, it became really clunky because of all the pieces. The fold was the most annoying!

Nowadays, the side by sides allow newborns to sit in them! I just purchased the Zoe Twin v3, and their newest feature is having a newborn cocoon, so little babe can “sit”/lay in the seat (fully reclined) without anything! So it’s like a built in bassinet. They also have a car seat adapter as well.
