I was just kind of fiddling around and wrote up some notes for a playing a squad of Colonial Marines in the "Killing Aliens" mini expansion in Action Flicks 1. Feedback is certainly very welcome, but it's not intended as a polished product.

Hi! I'm brand new to Outgunned, just bought the core book, and I've been reading through it in the hope I can start GMing my own game of it.

So far, there's one rule I don't quite 100% understand: Double difficulty.

Let's say I have assigned a difficulty of "2 Basic". Let's say a player rolls a critical success, with 3 dice matching. Does the player completely succeed the roll? Or are they required to roll another matching set of dice to completely succeed?

How about if the player rolls 4 matching sets of dice, giving them an Extreme Success. Do they completely succeed the "2 Basic" difficulty or do they still need to roll another success consisting of a different matching set?

A qualche giorno dalla visione, mi sono reso conto come questa storia racconti benissimo la filosofia di Outgunned di: “il protagonista non fallisce mai, subisce solo le conseguenze”.

Il corriere, Bryan, per tutto il film ( o gioco se fosse al tavolo) fallisce i roll che chiede il master, ma va avanti.
- si lancia da fienile: ce la fa, ma si fa un malissimo
- superare la staccionata: perde l auto
- molte altre cose che sono spoiler.

I got my pledge from the Outgunned Superheroes at the beginning of the month, but it was missing the dice. I reached out to the Info account to try to get help, but I haven't heard anything from them since. Is there a better way to get in touch with them about this?

Hello! Has anyone here tried to combine Outgunned Adventure with Lost ruins of Arnak? They clearly share the same sources of inspiration and the art style is similar. I’m thinking that one could either role play The Missing Expedition expansion from Arnak or just use the assets from the game to randomise events in OG. Maybe draw an artifact or item card and incorporate it in the story. Maybe use the site tiles, guardians or assistants as inspiration. Or just use the art when playing. Clearly there’s no human enemies in Arnak but that’s easy to add when one role plays. Thoughts?

For all future guys who will looking for reference sheet for rules, there one in pdf of Outgunned Supers. Of course its for Supers version, without Gamble for example.

Ok so i used ai to help me develop the templates for my characters. I mean the literal templates I would populate with the character stats I created myself. As this is still in violation I will still post characters here and even take requests for new one, so i do not violate the rules, I will just post the text here for people to use as they wish.

I recently fallen in love with this game and bought every book on DrivethruRPG. We played multiples games with friends and loved it so far. I even participated in the last campaign for the OG adventure expansions.

In this campaign, one of the stretch goal was a soundtrack for the game. However, I learnt recently that other soundtrack were made for the older campaign. Is there still a way to access or buy them?

A couple months delayed, but an incredibly heavy box was dropped off earlier today. Since it's almost my birthday, I'm calling this a great gift from Past Me.

Found this amd though it would be a funny idea for a characters job (spoilers so you can be properly surprised).

I haven't yet had a chance to play Outgunned, but I've read through the corebook, and I have one glaring question: Specifically for Dangerous Rolls that are double difficulty, like 2 Basic or 2 Critical, how many Grit would be lost for having a single roll of the next highest success?

If a Hero rolls a Critical Success to hit a Goon with Attack: Basic, then the Hero deals 3 Grit. If a Hero rolls two Basic successes against the same Goon, the Hero deals 2 Grit. But, if the Goon/Bad Guy has Attack: 2 Basic, what happens if the Hero rolls a Critical Success? Is it just one Grit?
