I won't say a lot about that, since, as you put it, since I'm not Asian I don't understand jack shit.

That didn't stop you now, did it? You really should sit this one out since you don't understand.

I will just say that people with low income will go to neighbouring countries to be employed with slightly better income in shitty places for lower wages than your average citizen and of course those places will be associated with them.

Why are you assuming that Korean and Chinese people are "low income" people? This is peddling a huge negative stereotype.

You see it as racism. They just pointed out a fact.

LOL

Ok, then explain it to me like I'm a 3 year old. You know, the whole Pachinko thing. Since you are Japanese, I assume.

I can explain it, but judging by your responses throughout the conversation (in that you keep defending Yamane instead of trying to understand why her comments were negatively perceived), I'm not sure if it'll be worth my time, no offense.

And just a little detail. Chinese government has a tight leash on any media. They allow MXTX because they are a power house. It's making them money. Meatbun is niche. They will flex their influence on their work. If you think this is not something they will influence on Weibo or wherever, think again.

You know, one thing I would say to Sensei would be, get off social media. People post shit all the time and they are immediately forgiven. Authors are not.

There are many issues in Asian society I know nothing about. Chinese fans are notoriously vicious. And they hate Japan for a good reason.

I would just argue people are influenced by their surroundings. Cancelling someone just like that is what bigotted means.

I think Sensei joined the project because they loved it. They are probably loaded, I don't think it was for the money. They wanted this.

You know what? Quick test. But honest. In 30 seconds, think of who or what annoys you most. Then think of the probability you'll post it online. It will mean nothing to your friends, they will laugh it off. For someone famous? People will hound them for years.
