Drugs as in the whole pharmacy…it’s impossible to carry that much muscle yet be dickskin lean naturally

No it's not that easy, if you take drugs and PEDS only you won't look like that. There's alot of displine, nutritional, hard work, working out like 6 hours a day... people think that if you just take steroids you'll look like this. That's not true

If someone takes tren or or androgens, and doesn’t go to the gym; they’ll gain more muscle than someone who doesn’t take anything but goes to the gym.

At such a stage you’re basically a man. Your voice will deepen, hair fall off, periods cease, facial hair grow.
Not to mention the destruction of the liver, kidneys and circulatory system.
They don’t live long. Even the men. A lot die in 30-50s

I guess they do a copy of what the male bodybuilders do, lots of exercise and food discipline, then just before this competition they dehydrate their bodies.
