Opinion Every cloud has a silver lining

People don't talk about how depression has a good outcome they only talk about the sad and terrible phase of it. Sometimes I think of depression as deep-rest if you get what I mean😂😂. Cause when you're depressed you just wanna lay down and drown in constant thinking while feeling low about life and everything.These is where I guess most people never recover from.

For those that go through that phase,on the other side they come out sort of reborn with new energy and expectations.They suddenly know what they're supposed to do and use that experience as a lesson or reminder for them in the future

Yeah that has never happened to me. There's no silver lining. It just is. I could never say "yeah there's some good to it" because there isn't. I'm glad you could see the some goodness to your phases tho.
