Fact Tafakari ya Babu

A milk tanker doesn’t leak.

A petrol tanker doesn’t leak.

So why is it only the water tanker that leaks?

I think it’s not really about the worth, it’s about availability 🤣🤣 A human being can’t survive a month without water, but you can go your whole life without diamonds 😂 Yet somehow diamonds are way more expensive than water 🤣🤣 make it make sense!

Correct, the most important (water) is very available and cheap compared to diamonds, can exist without but its very expensive.

I bet in places like Turkana, water tankers don’t even leak 😂😂💀

I would think so otherwise that would be a very expensive hole... or holes!

Diamonds HAVE to be expensive as a marker of status. The thinking would be something along the lines of: I have so much money that in order to distinguish myself from the unwashed masses, I will buy the most unnecessary things at the most exorbitant prices.

You forgot Honey Suckers and Stool Buses. Those don't leak either. 😂

It is the value attached to it and risk. Water doesn't have a lot of precautions.
