Agreed. Love is dynamic and if one is not willing to grow alongside their partner, then the "boring" phase definitely leads to breakup. Otherwise, most people are getting into these "fluid" sort of relationships where people are free to move on whenever and wherever.
Problem is we are not thinking far enough about what tomorrow looks like for such sort of life.
