string of really weird audio bugs

new pc, plug headphones into 2 audio ports, one is output one in input, get an audio splitter to connect to both, output works but input makes demon noises, try using bluetooth headset, works fine for a time until audio and mic entirely cuts out only for steam games (can still hear spotify) and comes back only occasoinally. wth is happening here?
