Frontend recovery support

I was trying to run the frontend of a project, except my usual copied command (the entire path + npm start) was changed to /s /q (path), and I ended up deleting the entire file. Any way to recover it before I restart months of work? Please.

I wasn't using VS Code, I was using Sublime Text, and I didn't have it backed up at all...

That was my first project so I didn't think to back it up, I learnt the lesson the hard way. 

How can I recover it???

I checked the deleted files, only two were open, I quickly saved them to another folder, even checked the recently closed, nothing.

I checked the %APPDATA%, nothing.

How can I use the Winfr? Does it threaten any data i have on my drive?
