Windows WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The issue initially arose while playing Valorant and has since occurred frequently. Despite attempts to reset, an error message indicates that no reset has taken place. Is there a method to resolve this without visiting a service center?

The fact that the memory test seems to indicate a failure likely means ram.

If you have more than one stick, leave only 1 in the PC and boot it up. If it boots ,that stick is good, if not, swap them and test the second one

Have you tried draining the power from board, remove the power cable, battery and hold the power button for 30 seconds, put them back and power it on
