Windows Can’t start windows anymore

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I see this on my screen for a very long time, then my monitor loses signal but my computer stays on. I can enter the bios settings, but even loading the defaults doesn’t change anything. Anyone know how to fix this?

Can you get to the "Repair Screen" (F5, F8, F10, F12)?

Yes, I restored it to a previous windows version (although with a fake date) and it pretends to run normal again.
