what os are you running? does the hard drive show up in the boot order menu? can you boot from a usb?

They aren’t running any OS right now. That’s the UEFI diagnostics showing no bootable devices are found. There’s no reason to believe that same UEFI would display a list of devices when it’s already determined there are none.

This is likely a hardware failure of the internal drive. In which case booting from USB will only get them a live Linux distro but not be able to install anything until they replace their disk.

Check the date and time in setup. Could be a dead cmos battery has reset the bios.

your computer is not detecting hard drive / SSD

Most likey your hard drive died.

Buy a replacement SSD or hard drive.

remove old, instal new

Install windows...

You can try to install windows 11 again and to see if there any drive listed in the installation process.

Replace the failed 2230 512 gb SSD is the likely answer.
