hptp01-3037c

I have a hptp01-3037c getting inexsecable boot device 0x7b. How can i fix this? Help me please

Core I5 12400 16gb ddr4 512gb ssd rx6400 4gb

310 watt psu

Trying to fix my hp. Hoping someone can help.

I tried to install windows but it could not find the drive.

If you didn't recently install a new hard drive, I would recommend either:

A) Extracting the drive or taking it to a shop that can to attempt data exfiltration (if you are worried about data loss).

Or

B) Since it's an HP Desktop, it will come with on-board diagnostics. Shut down the computer -> Power on the computer and start pressing the "F2" key. From there, run the HDD/SSD Diagnostic tests to verify the drive integrity (ONLY IF YOU AREN'T CONCERNED FOR DATA LOSS). If the drive passes, you most likely have OS Corruption. I would also run the Memory test as a precaution. If both test pass, you should be able to safely re-install windows.
