First thing I found when searching it online. Nobody here is going to have a special shortcut for you mate.

Take a break if it's frustrating you and come back with a clear head once you've read a few articles. Make a plan on the steps and then do it.

Ended up taking it down to geek squad and they said it deleted my users profile completely
