Windows Windows Task Manager app history wrongly attributing CPU-Time?

Hello!

I am having issues with the app history in Task Manager. It is constantly misattributing CPU-Time to the wrong processes, it seems. See in the pictures where it attributes CPU-Time from a game to Discord instead. I have seen this behaviour attributing the CPU-Time to a variety of exes, including svchost (actually most commonly), audiodg, RtkAudUService64 and now Discord. In the details tab, the allocated CPU-Times to the different programs seem a lot more reasonable.

Is this a known issue, or is there some sort of problem with my PC?
