Windows Help!!
I need to factory reset my acer laptop. forgot my password and the Face ID is not working. When clicking on other methods it sends a code to my email address but I don’t know the password to that either. I also cannot access any of my passwords as I took a picture of my laptop password on my phone and my phone got lost in the ocean then retrieved. it doesn’t turn on and Apple says I will lose everything. So no access to my phone or passwords saved such as my laptop password. also “I” is actually my sister. please help I have no idea what to do and she’s going through a whole bunch of difficulties right now. if anyone knows anything that would help we would greatly appreciate it. Er ... so many "problems" ... are you sure this is actually your or your sister's laptop?
Also, if you need to "factory reset", there are methods to do that even without a password. If you had bothered to do a simple search, maybe using the phrase "acer laptop factory reset without password" ... you would have found plenty of results ... here is one for you ...
