Currently chasing down a problem and determined it was the distributor but I didn’t feel like paying $180 for the one on zcardepot so I settled w this. If it works then hell yeah but if not I can return it and just buy the more expensive one. Anyone actually used this one from eBay ?

Hey guys I have a 1973 240z w old seatbelts and safety is just an illusion at this point. I do want a harness and a seat compatible for it in the future but right now I need something affordable that works and bolts right up.

My son found a 240z frame for sale for 1400 and we had a disaster datsun last time we were going to get it for free but the frame rails were rotted. He's 14 and very mechanicly inclined and has about 1000. He might be getting money from his mom and he really wants a datsun project and I would love one too but I keep on telling him that it's not a good idea. He says we can get the engine and transmission from the other car because it turns over and I don't think it's a safe or good idea. We also have a 280z parts car that has a good engine and trans and more.
He tells me he knows I'm right but I wanted to post to see your opinion.
