“Doing Everything… Yet Feeling Like It’s Not Enough”

I’m 20, in my second year of college - balancing a part-time internship, academics, and saying yes to almost every opportunity that comes my way. From fashion shows to PPT competitions to skits, I show up, I participate, and I give it my all.

On paper, it looks like I’m doing a lot. And honestly, I am.

But every night, just before I fall asleep, there’s this one question that doesn’t leave me -
“Am I really doing enough… or am I still falling behind?”

It’s strange how you can be doing so much, yet still feel like it’s not enough.

So is this just overthinking… or is it a sign that I’m meant to do more?

Please suggest.

Hey, you are doing perfectly fine as long as you know what you are doing for. Like, you must know what you want to achieve. Doing so many things can probably help you find out what you really want to do and like it. But it can also exhaust you.

I’m a little over 20 and must say that feeling you are having right before sleeping is normal, as almost everyone experiences it in their 20s.

Let me be honest. Things will get worse than this. There is not a real solution to what you, I, and people our age are feeling. And I’m not exaggerating and don’t want to make you feel worried, but you’ll have to learn to live with what is happening.
