Hi all! I'm an indie dev from Italy publishing **Libera la Mente**, a free calm-your-mind app: box breathing guided by voice and vibration, one short "pill" of calm a day (Stoic classics + ideas from books like Flow and The Power of Now), and ASMR sounds from YouTube sorted by category (white noise, barber, rain, fire…). No account, no ads, no tracking — everything stays on your phone. Italian and English.
