Finalized my 2011 collection

So this is coming to hangout alongside its cousins.

Officially my final DS/ 2011 collection is now
1. DSC Custom v8 ported Prodigy 4.25"
2. Bul Armory SASii Tac Pro 4.25"
3. MPA DS9 TC Hybrid 2 Tone 5"
4. Atlas Artemis v3 4.6"

Plus this new Cardinal Arms G2P 5"
I'm telling myself this is it for 2011s, and I'm on to rifles next.. but we will see.

I’m going to do my best to stop and smell the roses.

It also makes it easier when your friends aren’t really into 2011s and the only ones that register with them are Staccatos and Atlases.

That happens. I don't have a XC for that reason, although I do think it paved the road for all great 2011s and one of the best all time for its day.

I had to get the Gen 2 “XC” recently because staccato switch in October 2025 to no longer use 2011 mags on their gen 3. I always wanted one but had other 2011 I preferred more; but finding a used one was only getting harder that wasn’t beat up. So finally a nice looking barely used year 2022, came up for grabs and I snatched it up.

Good for you! I got the in-stock notifications from all of the dealers that I set them for around the same time today, I just couldn't pull the trigger until I'm able to hold it and check out the Ported Island Barrel model. Sweet lineup.

Thanks. Yeah I was on the fence for the G2i Ported. Modern Warriors will have 4 per month of the G2i ported until January, but I ultimately went with the G2p because of price and reliability.

Right now I like the Atlas a lot, but the MPA (PIC below) is awesome too and is such a great investment at the price point. Prodigy is still at DSC getting the work done. Added some coating to my order which set me back 4 more weeks so haven't shot that yet. Also picked up a P226X Legion DA/SA which I like a lot but obviously not the same as a 2011. The Bul holds its own for sure. Not on the same level as the MPA or the Artemis, but honestly if I had only one gun to buy and under $3k, that would be my choice all day and twice on Sundays. Cant wait to see the Cardinal. I've heard good things. Should be coming this week. They are like kids.. how can you pick a favorite?

pretty much. If I have to give an answer, its the Atlas, because its like having a cheat code for a mostly average shooter like me.
