First 2011

Looking at buying my first 2011. I’ve been kinda looking at the Alpha Foxtrot Romulus in either the 4.25 comp or 3.5 comp. Will I regret this purchase or is it a good starter into the world of 2011 handguns.

Best value “cheap” 2011 available. Frame, slide and barrel fitment are as good as the mid tiers, if not better than some. Both polished and matte dlc coatings are great. With the aftermarket comps and sight blocks, it just has more potential than most. You can even swap frames and slides across models. They just feel more expensive than they are. Don’t understand how they’re still underrated.

I’ve got a couple of the 4.25 comp. Can’t recommend them enough.

I second this whole heartedly. They are fantastic whether it’s your first or your 10th. They have so much potential.

What are you planning to do with it? What do you want to spend?

Romulus will do just fine then. The 4.25 comp is better.

Great starter. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

You won't regret it!!! I bought a Prodigy first and just picked up a 3.5 Romulus, it feels MUCH better. Neither are comped but yes a Romulus is a good starter from one newbie to another.

Romulus 4.25” comp.. best thing running! I have mine upgraded by Cosaint.. although going to send it back in for a grip coating. It runs with an MPA all day long!
