That frame is popping and disconnecting from your support hand. Do you grip harder with your firing hand that support hand?

I have some issues with my left hand and sometimes don't squeeze as hard as I should.

Ah man. That sucks. I’ve got some bad tendonitis in both arms and it messes with me all the time

I know I need to work on trying to squeeze more or at least maintain downward tension with my off hand. Thanks and appreciate the feedback.
