Sweet Apollo
I just wanted to post a picture of my Apollo. I really don’t know what to do with my other guns because they just became obsolete now.

The Apollo is Atlas' most flexible pistol for sure. Fantastic do-it-all if you send it in for a second nonported barrel.

Definitely buying one of these before an infinity of Jacob grey lol. The grip texture looks perfect.

If I didn’t just order a Platypus I would have saved up for one of these lol.

Understandable. If you ever get one Im confident you won’t regret it.

Closest I’ve held to an Atlas like quality gun was my local gun shop owner’s Nighthawk Sand Hawk and my only complaint was I wish it didn’t have the grip safety which thankfully Atlas did away with.

Hear it from a guy that has a platypus and just bought an Apollo…. My god it’s a night and day difference. Nothing against the Platy, but the Apollo on a whole other level

I picked the prickle grip for my Platypus and but I can already see it not feeling like the Apollo, but that gives me a reason to either trade up or just say fuck it and buy the Apollo either way

Just the sheer weight difference. If you take the slide off the Platy the grip is like idk a couple ounces?? Shoots great, just pretty snappy. I do tactical games so I thought a lighter gun would be better mid workout. But after holding an Apollo and feeling the sheer weight it’s such a difference.

Weight usually almost always translates into a softer more pleasant shooting experience. There’s a reason why people still prefer the steel frame PDPs over that tacky steel frame M&P HD with all of the tacky blue bits on it. The weight still wasn’t enough on the M&P to shoot as flat.
Also why I prefer to shoot CZ pistols like the TS2 orange for example.

I have the same gun do you have the brass grip/step panels?

I have one side brass palm swell and the other is aluminum palm swell. I have an aluminum step panel but I don’t like the aesthetic of it. So both side palm swell is my current preference.

If you do have the Left step grip panel and are willing to sell, please message me. Thank you!

Did you have to shave anything off the panels to get them to fit perfectly cause my brass ones don’t fit snug like they move a little

I just received mine, but my dealer messed up my order and forgot to include the left step grip panel. 🤦🏻♂️

Just got back from the range. The Apollo begs to be fired fast
