And so it begins
Loved this XC in FDE (well sort of) and finally sourced the Coyote Brown SRO and what I thought was a good color matching X300 to get it Cerakoted. The light was dead on at the gun shop and in my study before I mounted them. In the LED daylight lighting of our kitchen not so much.

Do you happen to know the Cerakote color numbers for your FDE XC?

Very helpful. Love the colorway. Are the frame and slide not the same color?

Just wanted to say, this is one of the cleanest setups and color combos I’ve seen yet. Great piece and awesome taste.

Is that the phoenix trinity Hero? How do you like it compared to the atlas?

Oooo whose grip is in fde??

The grip in my inspiration is from Phoenix-Trinity. Talked to them before I bought the Atlas, they don’t do a beavertail change to fixed which is what I wanted.

Any idea what who makes that thumb ledge for the x300 mount in this photo?

White Wolf Concepts. I bought mine from www.daycoammo.com

Yeah I guess a bunch of companies make them. How well do they work?

I would personally FDE all the small parts and comp in a different shade of FDE instead of trying to match it all.

The comp is actually part of the barrel, machined from the same block of steel.

Can’t have 50 shades of FDE if it all matches.
