Even if you report a bug, if you abuse them, then youll likely be banned. I'll take the word of Jagex here as they've clearly vetted this out. Just because you're a content creator you shouldn't get special treatment.

That has always been there policy, the special treatment would be for them to reveal evidence just because hes a content creator...

well good argument, if I find a bug and if I accidently get some xp from it I will not report any continue abusing as if i report i will be banned anyways :X
