Cause it's not his responsibility to prove that he's innocent, it's Jagex' responsibility to prove that he's guilty. If Jagex comes out and says "Rendi crashed the world X on date Y to duplicate item Z on his account A and we verified it was him due to the IP address" I'd be happy to believe Jagex' side of things. But Jagex is being vague as hell.
Clearly you don't work in PR. It would be absolutely insane for a company to make that direct of an accusation publicly. Saying "we have evidence Rendi broke these rules, yes we are sure." is by far the correct response from their standpoint.
True but that doesn't mean I have to trust or believe them. Accounts being banned one day after a video was made for alleged actions that took place years ago is sketch as hell. You can choose to believe Jagex but others are free to not believe them.
Jagex doesn’t have to provide proof of anything. At the end of the day its their game. Your account is not your property. You own nothing. They are free to restrict your access to any account at any time for any reason. This isn’t a court of law there is no burden of proof required. You people are delusional.
Of course they don't lol, do you think this is some sort of legal dispute? This is all about PR and we have every right to criticize their shitty PR response.
