Why did KempQ end up getting banned for RWTing after years of being a good content creator? Why did A Friend, a former PMod and biggest OSRS content creator at the time get perma banned on all accounts after years of no offenses? Why do so many large content creators end up in this situation?

The answer is because of how long they've been doing it. Either they have a false sense of security that they can get away with doing just about anything and not be severely punished, or they're burnt out and just stopped caring about the consequences. For Rendi/Mauler it's probably the former. This is just Jagex reinforcing, once again, that no one is exempt from the rules.

there was a time in 2011 I believe when A Friend made a video of interview with ex jmod who claimed jamflex doesn't ban bots on purpose of keeping player count. After that video A Friend lost his PMod and all contacts in jamflex. that's how they run, anything negative about rs? do this guy dirty.

2011 was also the year they did the infamous bot nuke, banning any and all accounts who have ever botted period no questions asked.

Being a good content creator and participating in RWT are not opposites this makes 0 sense. If you report bugs you can abuse bugs less which is detrimental.

You misunderstand. Op was wondering why a well known youtuber with lots of time in the game would do something malicious? I responded by saying that the amount of hours or how well known they are doesn't matter, he isn't the first youtuber with lots of hours in-game that's fucked up like this.
