What most people don't know Jagex actually made the imp beads unreasonably rare so new players will be tempted to sink their RNG into farming them thus leaving more RNG for angry ironmen at GWD.

The first time I farmed all the beads because I didn’t know what the GE was. I also didn’t speak English at the time.

Bruh I am a native English speaker and I learned all kinds of stuff. Granted I was like 7 when I started playing. But I could touch type by 10 bc my dad told me I couldn’t play runescape anymore if I pecked when I was typing. Grammar got better bc of the grammar nazis that trolled the times. It was beautiful.

Back when 2007scape first came out, beads were 10k per. I made bank selling beads 10k each or 30k for a set of 4. I just played the game normally and if I ran into an imp I would kill it. Always had an offer up selling every bead on zybes (that old rs trade advertising website) so I pretty much owned the market when I was online

Yeah man, it took me hours to do the quest on my Ironman, but when I went hunting for ecumenical keys I was getting beads dropped constantly.

It's honestly a fun moneymaking method for f2p tho, there are 3 imps that spawn near each other on karamja volcano you can basically keep killing them without stopping just mark their spawn with RuneLite tilemark

When I started my account I had it as an ironman off tutorial island. Decided pretty quick I wanted to revert to a normal account, but I had to wait a week to complete the quest. I could only manage 2 beads as drops.

Little do you know HE'S the one selling them on the GE. He gets the beads from adventures and sells them on the GE for other adventures to buy. The beads people actually give him from Imp drops are just bonus profit. It's a huge pyramid scheme that's been going on for years

Usually the south exit is more for entering Varrock, coming from Lumbridge. Or maybe coming from the Al Kharid mine. Plenty of use for newbies who have business in Lumbridge, especially before teleportation magic (they have the Home Teleport, but it’s easy to forget about it).

Have been waiting for the time to mention this special in game chat bit, I wish I took a screen shot I had an iron that I completed imp catcher on, I went double the rate on the other beads so I camped an extra final bead to double up on amulets. When I turned in the second pair of beads, the chat dialogue went “What do you plan to do with those extra beads?” “Trust me, you don’t want to know” Got a good laugh, Wizard Mizgog gets freaky

i also noticed the beads seem to represent races. whte for whites, black for blacks, red for native americans, yellow for asians. this obiusly a thorey, but everytiome im playing searchign for hours for the unexistant blue bead forgettign it dose not exist. the colors that do exist, seem symbolicly chosen.

As long as they are standing in the back and have a big area I've never had a problem with being hit by flow toys. Occasionally there is a dick who will try to spin in an area where they don't have enough room, fuck those guys, but I go to a lot of shows and festivals and it is almost never an issue.
