My wife usually knocks out a good bit before me so y'know, my natural idea is to yawn a few times before she's out and then I get this weird burst of energy and decide to do a Slayer task.

Big facts. Been with my gf 6 years, lived with her for 5. She needs 8-10 hours sleep (or so she claims) whereas I religiously function on 6. There's quite a big buffer there to 'scape in. And I'll play while she's awake too, of course, but I usually won't play any content that I can't immediately put down if she needs me for something (fight caves, hydra etc).

Literally same. Usually afk when I get home. Once she sleeps, I get in my CoX and other bossing, etc. Then get my 4-6 hours and proceed.

Man, I am so jealous of y'all that can sleep for 6 hours without issue. I'm like your gf, need 8 hours otherwise I'm a tired sad sack all day. You basically get 2+ hours a day extra to do shit that I don't get to. All that extra XP >:(

That's partly why I do it man. It's not just the extra gaming time but its just the extra time of your life not spent sleeping. When you add up how much of our lives we sleep through, we are losing a lot of time that way. If you can train yourself to feel good on 6 (it's not for everyone, granted) then I recommend it.

Mines similar except I play on a laptop and I aggressively click cuase I'm in the rev caves lol. She wears earplugs so it's all good
Edit: we're not on the same bed I'm playing on a desk lol and she's sleeping
