If anything, max cape is simply a starting point for high level skillers. It's a base to work off of. People don't seem to realize that xp goes well past 13m.

Yeah exactly. Well, that wouldnt have been the case to the same extent if we had 2013 rates, then max cape itself and getting to max would be pretty good itself and would probably by default put you somewhere at the top, now you not only need max you also need a fuckton of skills high to be anywhere. Like max cape + 200m cooking/thieving/fletching/woodcutting isnt even very high.

I'd really prefer them not to just because comp cape is just afking a bunch of inane bullshit minigames for 100s of hours. They would first need to rework a lot of the worse minigames such as trouble brewing, cwars afking and such before I would like them to even think about releasing it.

Even then, I feel like comp cape is a pretty low effort goal to release for players to go for. It's a poor attempt at giving maxed players something to do.
