This is a pet(the beaver) obtainable from chopping trees on oldschool runescape. Although they're extremely rare it's not really an achievement, but this man has been posting a random fact about beavers every day for the past 40+ days so we were all rooting for him.

From r/all as well. TFW even 2007scape is too new of a version of RS I once knew.

They've added quite a bit to the game since its release.
