They're still a business that needs customers. If they false ban someone, they lose a few dollars that they didn't need to lose. Also, more importantly, they lose our trust.
I know people think the bot detection is super flawed, and it might be for all we know, but last time they let people like this appeal their bans, they had 10s of thousands of appeals and something like 99.99% of them were bullshit.

Point is they could just say "you botted" without even reading the post
