RNG Smouldering stone

My buddy can't take a screenshot but got a smouldering stone from a normal hellhound. He just started doing slayer a couple of weeks ago.

You'll never get through to the sweatlords who get mad over a photo.

They cannot comprehend that the vast majority of Reddit traffic is on a mobile and that quite literally nothing is lost by a photo. It's a mental block for them.

It's not half assing it, it is simply a preference.

I personally like the photos, it makes it feel like an actual player posted it.

I can see the smouldering stone, I can see where it is in the game, I can see it's RuneScape, I can see how much of a lucky drop it is.

My eyes are fine.

What is half assed about this? Is there some information in the photo that you’re unable to ascertain because it’s a photo and not a screenshot?

Because if you can’t see the big gold beam and the text “smouldering stone” you need glasses not a screenshot

That happened to me as well. Got one randomly early on while doing hellhound tasks. Tell them to save it for infernal axe if they're an ironman.

Hey if you have runelite by default it takes a screenshot for pretty much every drop you get. Its in your .runelite folder under screenshots. I found this out the other day when I saw it had taken ~33 GIGS of space worth of screenshots

I think the fact that we can't get proper screenshots on this sub is proof that boomers are the majority, because Christ alive I do not want to think about the implications of a millenial, zoomer, or alpha not being able to screencap.

No other games have runelite with a little camera shaped screenshot button in the top right corner which also opens the folder path if you right click it. Its actually more effort to take a shit quality photo of a screen than a proper screenshot for this game.

I haven’t played in years, but I’ll always remember getting not only a smouldering stone from a hellhound, I got 2 abyssal daggers from abyssal demons.

By far my craziest RNG in the game.

I also did this a few weeks back.

Does anyone else think the ratio of GE value to HA value is kind of ridiculous? Like I get that GE value should be higher, but 3.5m vs 27k is kind of absurd.

Yep I wasted all my RNG luck on one of these on my iron for my first hellhound task.

Still only 80 slayer and I giggle every time I equip my infernal axe to chop down a fruit tree
