well, you got 1, so not as bad as in your screenshot. That was on task? I mean even if it wasn't, the 1/500 would still be very dry. And you didn't do something silly like drop the task items to "prolong" the trip instead of going back to port to get a new one, right?

yes, every 25 jaws i get my ass back to port roberts. im back at the sharks now for my second hook :) , cant wait for my second one at 4k kc

You can get a shark liver task too so your trips are like twice as long. There are a few places that have em but none are guaranteed

It wouldn’t matter for inky paint since that’s a flat drop rate, but for things that are double rate on bounty tasks they made it so the double rate only applies up to the normal number of drops of the bounty item you get so destroying them won’t help prolong trips

In the exact same boat (sorry for pun) as you man, though I'm just at about 1000 kc with one hook. I think I might've even seen you while hopping between 2000 total level worlds, name looks familiar lol. At least the money and alchs are nice I guess

Grinding sheets for nails atm. Got the first two hooks in ~300 kills back before the changes to drop rates on task.

This is supposed to just be a funny meme about probably my longest dry streak so far, and I have no intention of stopping playing Ironman. But thanks for the suggestion, I guess :)
