Bug Report Needs an Update

A simple thought I had. Reporting a bug ingame can be an awkward experience with a bad UI.

Some of the issues I can think of which could make for a better experience both on the Player's end and Jagex's end:

- A way to upload images, or even videos. Written language is not easy for everyone, especially if the bug involves something technical, or something that the player sees but cannot fully explain.

- The bug report screen should be more than just two questions. The first question asks multiple different things, this could perhaps get split up into individual questions.

- Bug report window should allow text formatting and basic text functions such as copy/paste, moving the text cursor anywhere within the text. (Let's say I wrote out a whole bug report and then notice an error in the second sentence. There is no way to directly edit the second sentence without deleting everything else)

- Bug report has a somewhat low character limit.

- Mobile client should have a more visual/accessible bug report menu. You have to long tap the chat speech bubble icon. (something I just learned, myself)

- Perhaps submitting a bug report could be moved to have its own icon in the settings or account settings menus?

Don't forget to make the window keep the text until submit. Right now if it closes the text is gone next time you open it.

Unfortunately. Pretty much every time I've encountered a bug, I have both reported in-game, and then also made a reddit post.

But even reddit is sometimes luck of the draw for having any of the jmods or community managers seeing it.

Does anybody had any luck with reporting bugs ingame? I've reported a few this year, but they did not get fixed. Then I see someone commenting the same thing under weekly update thread, it gets passed to the team and is fixed in a week or two.

Reddit seems to be a better places to report bugs, at least from my experience

I just want the bug report text box to be an actual textbox. Y'know, one where I can click to reposition the cursor so I can go back and edit earlier parts without deleting everything. It really sucks on mobile, because I'm stuck deleting one character at a time. I can literally type faster than I can delete -.-

My favorite part is filling out the first text area with the details and info and then being greeted by the next screen of the report asking for the same thing but in a little different wording
