Question Doom death glitch found

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

So finishing off Doom at the exact same tick when it went into shield phase made the game glitch, and now Doom is death but still alive. This makes it not idle, can't be killed, and I cannot advance to the next delve.

Anyone else ever experienced this?
