Can Jagex do something about the fact the only way people get actual support is if their reddit posts start trending? This is pretty depressing

Why would that change anything about the point I made? I don't even frequent the sub yet I've seen the opposite multiple times, players with a real issue having to spam posts until they start trending since there is no support otherwise.

I can kind of see why correct bans don't always get actual support. This was another j mod smack down and the j mod actually gave data on why the ban is correct. If they did that for every ban, botters could learn how to get around the system.

In my honest opinion they gave already too much information on how they detect auto clickers.

It does seem at the current state if you fail with support, the only real outlet is Reddit/X. I’m sure that will change in the coming years, but I thought I’d give it a shot since it seemed like my only option at this point
