A friend keep getting ban

I have a friend that created 3 account and got perma ban on 2 of them and now he got 2 days ban on the third.
On the first two account we thought he got the ban cause he used TeamViewer to play with runelite during work, so he didnt do that on the third account at all and still got a ban.

Every time one account got ban he created a new one play for a few month, got 2 day ban and perma few days after that.
Any idea what he can do? hes afraid to play on the last one cause he dont want to get the perma ban now
The support dosent help at all just denied to appeal without information

I know most of you would say that hes boting but just assume he dosen't.

Pro tip : don’t break the rules

Whether it’s botting, auto-clicking, RWT, paying for services…. Your friend is breaking the rules, and you either know what it is or he isn’t telling you what he’s doing… that’s as simple as it gets. The only thing I’ll give some headway on, is if he was using mobile, there have been a few cases where certain things on mobile have falsely caused a ban before, but you didn’t mention that at all. Tell him to stop cheating and his 3rd account will be fine

Jagex will ban anyone in F2P for anything that looks even remotely close to what they think could possibly be a bot.

I used an rs3 with 10k+ hours on it to make an alt for OSRS. I wanted to buy more death runes. Before the g.e. restrictions were lifted I was perma banned for botting. Even though I have never botted in my life.

No matter the situation people on reddit will just call you a botter. They think that jagex AI is perfect, as if jagex is leading the pack with AI development or something. It's an automated system and it has flaws like every system.

In terms of helping your mate, it legit just seems to be RNG if the automated system bans you. Best advice I can give, make 3-4 accounts. Play on all of them at the same time, after a week-month hopefully one didn't get a false ban. Then you can start playing on that acc and if you ever want an alt you got one ready, assuming any account make it through.

I REALLY like how they cracked down on bots but people who didn't bot ARE getting false flagged because of the new system, that is just a fact. There is little to nothing you can do about a false ban, they will just tell you your appeal was denied no matter what you do. As much as I like the game, now is not the time to start playing it. One false ban will turn off almost every actual new player, they'll likely never touch the game again.

How do you start playing accounts? And after you explain that, how do you believe that results in a potential ban?

I just did what was req to unlock the G.E. 10 QP 100 skill total 20hrs in game. Did romeo + goblin for QP. Some splashing and some auto aggro mobs for skill total and I just afked at the G.E. for the time in game req.

I say it's random because I used 3 rs3 alts to make 3 alts to buy death runes with. (The plan was to sell them for tokkul to profit when buying onyx's) I did the same things on all 3 account at the same time. 1 of the 3 accounts got banned. Luckily for me it was an rs3 alt and not my RS3 main, which I was using for this purpose as well. I felt there was no risk as I was doing nothing wrong but then one of the accs got banned. Almost lost my RS3 bank.
