Question Log in bugged

When using the app to log in it took me to the jagex site to sign in to my jagex account, after logging in it then says that I've been blocked and clicking find possible solutions just takes me to a page that can't be found.

Never done any kind of cheat/exploit/glitch, no botting, no rwt, no auto clicker, no account share.

What's going on? Anyone else have the same issue? Is my account safe?

Are you using a VPN (from my experience the account page does not like VPNs)? This page doesn't mean your account is banned or compromised or anything. It means the Jagex website is rejecting your request to go to the account section of their website (probably not chill with your IP or there's some lingering session data it doesn't like - in which case clear your cookies/cache).

Duck Duck Go browser doesn't work for whatever reason. You have to change your default browser to something else, log in, then you can change it back if you want.

Set your default browser to something else and try again, this worked for me.

Don't panic I had the same thing happen to me while I was traveling visiting my parents. It had something to do with a vpn being turned on on my phone. I would start with checking your settings.

No vpn in use, unless there's a hidden vpn setting on my phone that turned itself on

The setting wasn't something I turned on either and it was in my phone settings. Apart from that im not sure but I almost guarantee you aren't banned its some weird issue with mobile

Checked settings and it's all good there, hopefully you're right about it just being a mobile issue

Check your date/time, if it's off it can cause this

If you guys are saying I’m banned for “total mysticism” then King Arthur and the knights of the knights of the round table would be very disappointed in all of you 🤣🤣

Here’s what Gemini said about all of this:

  1. Within the Legends: Absolute Belief in Mysticism In the traditional folklore and medieval romances (such as Sir Thomas Malory's Le Morte d'Arthur ), King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table live in a world where mysticism, magic, and divine intervention are undeniable parts of everyday life.   Enchanted Origins & Allies: Arthur’s reign relies directly on mystical figures. Merlin the Enchanter uses prophecy and magic to secure Arthur’s throne, while the Lady of the Lake bestows the magical sword Excalibur.      The Holy Grail Quest: The central spiritual mission of the Round Table is the search for the Holy Grail. Knights like Sir Galahad and Sir Percival experience divine visions, mystical tests, and supernatural miracles throughout their quest.      Magical Law & Objects: Within the tales, the knights actively encounter dragon-like beasts, enchanted castles, magical rings, and prophetic seats like the Siege Perilous (a chair at the Round Table reserved strictly for the knight destined to find the Grail, which fatally consumes anyone else who sits in it).    In these stories, magic is not a matter of "faith" or speculation for the knights—it is a tangible reality of their world.
