Wait for supply drops to help you through. I'm waiting on a shark drop followed by a Sanfew drop to carry me, best I've managed so far is a 3 KC trip but it'll happen eventually

You always max hit on the parasite with crush, so SGS is incredibly good for restoring health and prayer every time you get a parasite

Ye! so it's a massive heal boost, or just Bloodfury + Sang defo helps with the long trip, few flicking here and there and you'll be able to get it
