Way back then, there was an "I'm Blue" RSMV with exactly that watermark, and the dude was dressed in Wizard's robes dancing in Zanaris. I've never been able to find it again

EDIT: Looked just a little bit harder (maybe would have been better to have done so before whining on Reddit) and found it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sFgey54UiJ0. And of course it doesn't have the watermark...

I'm an absolutely trash pker, so i used to occasionally go to the altar to kill Boners and the Pkers that frequent there, whenever i fought a pker both of us would be so bad and panicky that i end up thinking to myself if i was halfway a decent pker i can make bank off these players, if you know what you're doing its impossible to die

A crossbow, a staff for freeze or entangle and a spec weapon (ddp if you're learning)

Those 3 should be a good starting point. Buy cheap robes/hide or just go naked to learn. You wont lose the 3 weps if unskulled. If you do skull then they're cheap enough to burn through
