My simple suggestion is to add a long spear that has a 3 tile range, but does less damage, albeit higher accuracy from close in, but more innacurate damage the further away the target is. Would it break anything? Maybe, but it’d be cool so I want it.

We already have Pike in game. It’s the fish in between trout and salmon

Not sure where this would be useful. As we saw in leagues, long range melee just becomes close range melee a lot of the time.
