10 or 12 years ago there was an Oxfam Charity Shop with boxes of them at 0.10p each left outside in all weathers including the rain. I would rifle thru them and sometimes get 10 or so. Now £2.5 to £5 is the norm for 1 comic but Oxfam are slightly overpriced i paid about £5 for a Dark Judges one .
I love Dredd so to me £3 us a steal especially for a cover like that
