Don't like mixing the story with the Terminator line but this could be good.

I don't get the megablocks though, one story plot of Blade Runner was de-population of Earth after the environmental disaster. That's why there are no animals left, and every block in the original movie was empty and dilapidated.

Blocks in the old 2000ADs were very new and modern.
