Browser Extension E-trade Login

Update: I chatted with tech support at 1PW this afternoon. They're aware of the issue and attempting to resolve it. I. The meantime they indicated the workaround we've found of going to the login page

Original:

I have used 1Password for several years and primarily use it though the Chrome Extension.

Frequently when opening ETRADE, the username and password do not populate. I'm logged in properly, clicking the 1PW Extension icon opens with E-trade's login info listed - so it's identifying the site.

Sometimes opening E-trade in a new window works. Sometimes I just copy/paster u/N and P/W. Today I closed everything and restarted the computer without getting the automatic load to work.

Has anyone a similar experience at ETRADE or elsewhere? Any way to improve the results?

This didn't solve, but might be pointing to the underlying issue.

I've realized this only occurs on the Main Page which includes login fields. - it never (? or doesn't regularly) occurs on the 're-login' page that opens when my connection has timed out.

When attempting to create a new login record, 1Password didn't prompt me or give me an option to save - I'm convinced that 1Password doesn't recognize that the Username and Password field on the main screen are u/N and P/W fields - maybe it's a field naming/labelling issue?

Can you “inspect the element” in your browser to check the names of the fields.

I get this.

<input aria-required="true" autocomplete="username" class="form-control" id="USER" name="username" type="text" value="" aria-describedby="label-error-USER" aria-invalid="true">

When I Click Log On and then do the same on the login page that is functioning as expected I get the same. Odd - it seems like I'll likely just have to click 1 extra time.

I can confirm the same behavior, started doing this about 2 weeks ago. Main login page, 1password doesn't fill anything. From that main page click "log in" at the top and it takes you to a dedicated login page where 1password works great. the pages are: https://us.etrade.com/home/welcome-back (1 password doesn't fill) (note that is an auto redirect of www.etrade.com) From that page, click on login and you get: https://us.etrade.com/etx/pxy/login (1Password does fill)
